Sukiyaki

Sukiyaki refers to the Japanese version of hot pot cuisine. It mainly consists of thinly sliced beef simmered in a hot pot alongside vegetables, noodles, and other ingredients. Typically, the ingredients are dipped in a small bowl of beaten eggs before eaten. Like teppanyaki, sukiyaki often invites a more social atmosphere while dining.
