The National Art Center Tokyo

The National Art Center in Tokyo lies at the heart of the Roppongi district. As a part of the Art Triangle Roppongi, along with the Suntory Museum of Art and the Mori Art Museum, The National Art Center aims to collaborate with these other local museums by setting their sights on transforming Roppongi into an epicenter for arts and culture.

As the National Art Center continues to rise in prominence, several other high profile museums around the world have contributed works for special exhibitions. France's Musee d'Orsay contributed 115 masterpieces for an exhibition on Post-Impressionism, and even the Louvre lent a few pieces in past showcases. 2010 marked a significant time for the National Art Center as the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam helped facilitate a very special 3-month Van Gogh exhibit.
