"Capitol Tokyu Hotel", which ceased operations in 2006, boasted an impressive forty-three years of distinguished history. It will be reborn on the same site in autumn of 2010 as "The Capitol Hotel Tokyu".
The hotel will be situated very conveniently in Akasaka, the heart of downtown Tokyo. It will be located near four different subway lines and will be just a short distance from the Prime Minister's Official Residence and other government buildings. The hotel will provide a homelike space for relaxation by making all 250 rooms more than 45 m2. Guests will also be able to savor the quiet natural surroundings of Hie Shrine, a serene space surrounded by natural beauty where it is possible to escape the hustle of Tokyo.
The Capitol Hotel Tokyu will provide a tranquil setting informed by a sophisticated Japanese taste, allowing guests to savor the changing seasons and forget the stress of daily life.
