Program Name : Hosted Buyers Program, "Meet Japan 2010"
Dates: February 25 – March 4, 2010 (Japan time)
Participant Qualifications:
- President, Secretary General or Member of the site selection committee of an international organization
- Organization has a Japanese branch or members who are actively seeking to hold the event in Japan
- Preference goes to those who have not participated in Meet Japan in the past
Package: Includes business-class round-trip air fare to Japan and transportation, accommodation (six nights) and meals during the program.
*Not Included: Airport taxes, meals not specified and items of a personal nature.
Itinerary:
| Feb. 25 (Thurs) | Depart from your country. |
| Feb. 26 (Fri) | Arrive in Japan. You will be transferred to Tokyo. |
| Feb. 27- Mar. 2 (Sat-Tue) | Inspection Tours visiting regional International Convention Cities. |
| Mar. 3 (Wed) | Participate in "Meet Japan" activities (session with cities) and reception. |
| Mar. 4 (Thu) | Depart from Japan. |
